Tempest Announces 3D CAD Blocks For Designers And Architects

California-based outdoor enclosure leader Tempest has launched a full library of handy 3D CAD files for its award-winning Fourth Generation Lighting and Projector Enclosures. The move will allow designers and architects to easily incorporate enclosures in their CAD designs, and provides a new level of interaction with its products. The CAD models, which can be downloaded in .DWG format, enable designers and architects to accurately plan projects using detailed information. To get more news about download cad, you can visit shine news official website.

“This is something the design community has been requesting for a while,” comments Tim Burnham, Tempest President, “and for something so straightforward, it’s been surprisingly challenging. As manufacturers, we are 100% Solidworks, and the designers are 99.9% AutoCAD – and they don’t talk to each other! But it’s done now, and we hope that architects and designers of all stripes will find this a useful addition to the Tempest website.”

The 3D CAD blocks are very small files and can be easily downloaded for free directly from Tempest’s website at www.tempest.biz. The entire range of Fourth Generation products is available: Tacit, Whispr, Typhoon and Cyclone projector enclosures, and Tornado and Tornado Marine lighting enclosures.

In 2016, Tempest successfully launched its latest line-up of Fourth Generation Projector Enclosures, which deliver a high quality, holistic enclosure range able to tackle any environment, from harsh outdoor environments to whisper quiet indoor spaces, providing the ultimate in projector protection. This was followed with the launch of its Fourth Generation Lighting Enclosure family, which adds a host of enhancements and additional sizes to accommodate any moving head available. The new enclosure family is based on Tempest’s unequalled industry knowhow, having protected thousands of valuable automated luminaires in hostile climates around the world.
