Product Introduction

Five layers flute lamination machine can be used for three-in-one lamination or single-layer lamination with cardboard. It can laminate up to 5 layers of cardboard less than 10mm. With the design of tracking pattern and synchronous groove, the machine can reach an accuracy of ±1.5mm. It's suitable for size paper, you do not need to readjust. This machine is composed of upper paper feeding device, paper feeding device, paper feeding positioning device, upper and lower paper feeding device, harmonic gear, secondary gluing system, pressure feeding device, etc.

Five layers flute lamination machine has the characteristics of high precision and fast speed. The pre-loaded paper structure greatly reduces the time to install facial paper. The movement of the top paper mainly relies on the belt with top pressure roller to ensure smooth paper feeding. The side paper positioning system ensures the transfer accuracy before lamination. The bottom paper feeding unit mainly relies on the suction belt to make the corrugated paper smoothly enter the bottom paper positioning unit. After gluing, the conveying unit compresses the top paper and the bottom paper to obtain a good film coating effect.
1. MT-1450W Automatic Flute laminator could do three in one lamination and also could do the lamination of single layer with cardboard paper. The machine is composed by top paper feeding unit，to paper transferring unit, top paper positioning unit, upper and lower bottom paper feeding unit, upper and lower bottom paper positioning unit, harmonic gear, two gluing system and press-conveyor unit.

2. The feeding unit enables top paper move into delivery roller smoothly. The movement of top paper mainly depends on the belt with the top pressure wheels to ensure paper feeding successfully.

3. The side lay positioning system for top paper ensures the transfer accuracy before lamination.

4. The bottom paper feeding unit mainly relies on the suction belt to make the corrugated paper smoothly enter the bottom paper positioning unit.

5. In the bottom paper positioning unit, when the push rod pushes the paper forward, it can also ensure the feeding accuracy of the bottom paper.

6. The gluing system provides glue on the bottom paper to ensure the lamination of the top paper and the bottom paper.

7. After gluing, the conveyor unit presses the top paper and bottom paper to obtain a good lamination effect.
