A new Elden Ring Items mod allows players to obtain a very different experience of the Lands Between, making the sport play out a lot more like a hard Skyrim.

Elden Ring players who love Skyrim are now able to play the FromSoftware title in first-person, essentially turning the Lands Between right into a whole new experience. By using the brand new mod, Elden Ring’s gameplay and interface are overhauled, permitting an experience that will remind gamers of the classic Skyrim gameplay, but fairly harder.

FromSoftware’s latest game was one of the major hits of 2022, selling over 20 million copies worldwide only a year after its launch. The game took FromSoftware’s iconic gameplay and introduced it to an open world, having a huge explorable area full of secrets. However, despite having a hundred hours of content, many gamers who bought Elden Ring have previously finished it and therefore are already searching for more. Recently, the brand new Elden Ring: Shadow from the Erdtree DLC was announced, promising more bosses and stories. Gamers who don't want to watch for expansions to obtain more content, though, look into the diverse Elden Ring modding scene.

Now, gamers can enjoy Elden Ring in the same perspective as Skyrim if they wish to: in first person. A new mod called “First Person Souls - Full Game Conversion” is ideal for anyone who desired to play one from the classic FromSoftware games from the new perspective, which makes it look like a really hard and gritty version of Skyrim. During the sport, players can change perspectives at any time, much like in the famous Bethesda game, just in case they find any difficult parts to play within the first or third person.

The mod also adjusts several core mechanics to create the first-person experience smooth. According to the developer Dasaav, the mod includes custom HUD elements, as well as several changes to the way the main character moves. According to recent LinkedIn updates, producer Kenneth Chan, who did Elden Ring, happens to be developing a brand new project, and it’s not the already announced Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. At the moment, however, there are still no official details about whether this is another Soulslike game, although that's very likely, considering FromSoftware’s recent history.
