Island Souls (also called Island Tokens) are the primary reward for completing the island challenge. You can find out more details about these types of tasks by speaking to Opher the NPC in The Lonely Island northwest of Lost Ark Gold (right left side of map). When you open the dialogue window, locate the section you want to see (such like 'chest', adventure quest' or Rapport) by clicking on the category and then hovering over it with Island Souls.Opher is also the NPC to reach out to if your goal is to exchange some of your Island Souls for rewards. Sacrifice your Island Souls to the statue at the beach (a little further east) and then talk to Opher to acquire some of the items listed below:

Adventure Islands are a regular game-ending activity. To locate one, launch Procyon's Compass and then click on the "appearance notification information' button. You'll be able to see when and where will be the next Adventure Islands will appear. You can also see the recommended level of items and the anticipated rewards.

Sailing to the Adventure Island and wait for access. It's hard to see the island however, but you're at the right spot when you spot an encircling maelstrom, with lots of boats grouped together. When it appears, click on the Adventure Island appears, right-click to go there. The co-op adventure begins in a sequence.
