In order to cancel your membership if you are currently using Peacock on an Apple TV, an iPhone, an iPad, or any other Apple device, please follow the steps listed below:
From an iPhone or iPad:
- Select your profile from the upper-right-hand corner of the App Store when you are in the store.
- To cancel a subscription, go to Subscriptions, pick Peacock, and then cancel subscription.
- To complete your cancellation, follow the rest of the steps listed above..
From an Apple TV:
- Access the Apple TV’s settings by pressing the I button.
- Select Users & Accounts from the drop-down menu and then select Account.
- Make your selection of Peacock and click Cancel your subscription.
From a Computer or Mac:
- Start iTunes on your computer and listen to a song.
- Select your Account and then click on View My Account, where you will be prompted to enter your password.
- Then go to Settings, then Subscriptions, and then choose Manage from the drop-down menu.
- To cancel your subscription, go to Peacock > cancel your subscription and then click on done.
