The Neighborhood Hawaiian Shirt
During a recent visit to Oakland, California, I noticed that one of the officers in my neighborhood was wearing a Hawaiian shirt. I had been told by several neighbors that they had noticed a commotion outside of a house near West Grand Avenue and San Pablo Avenue. The commotion centered around a helicopter flying overhead, and several police officers had come to the neighborhood to investigate the incident.
